Refund policy

Refund/ Returns Policy is as follows.

We want our customers to feel reassured when buying from us, for this reason we allow a 14 day window whereby customers are able to return their item(s) if they are not satisfied. The below points explain the returns and refund process and some exclusions that apply.

1. Returns are only accepted up to 14 days after delivery, as stated by the courier tracking service.

2. Once a return request is accepted by the seller, the customer has 30 days to return the item(s) to the seller's address to be eligible for a refund.

3. The customer will only be refunded the original value of the item(s) upon receipt of the undamaged item(s) in the original condition they received the item(s).

4. The customer is responsible for the return delivery cost to the address provided by the seller.
